Looking back on our journey, it’s incredible to see how far we’ve come. My career began in 1997 as the Managing Director of Parisha Trade System Ltd., where my team and I spearheaded innovative construction projects that contributed to the development of Bangladesh. Building on that foundation of innovation and dedication, my journey with Tajwar Trade System Ltd. began in 2014. Over the years, the company has grown into a leading enterprise in the construction industry, standing as a testament to what hard work, trust, and collaboration can achieve.

Tajwar Trade System Ltd. specializes in projects for the Government of Bangladesh, The World Bank, and the Asian Development Bank, but our work has always been about more than construction. It’s about creating something meaningful—projects that serve communities and leave a lasting impact. Every endeavor we’ve undertaken has been a step toward building a brighter future for our nation.

The success of Tajwar Trade System Ltd. would not have been possible without the incredible team who has journeyed with us, the clients who trusted in our vision, and the partners who stood by us through every challenge. Each of you has played an invaluable role in this journey, and for that, I am deeply grateful.

I firmly believe that our journey cannot be measured solely by profit margins but by the positive impact we bring to communities and people’s lives. I want to contribute toward building a society where everyone has the freedom to dream, unburdened by concerns about meeting their basic necessities. A society where no one faces the insecurity of income, food, or shelter, and where everyone has an equal opportunity to succeed. My philosophy is rooted in respecting all individuals and finding joy in making the world a better place. This has been a fundamental belief I have carried with me from the very beginning, and it will continue to guide me throughout my journey.
